The Hospitality Hub is officially open for guest services in our new building at 590 Washington! This is an incredible milestone in the growth of the Hospitality Hub and in the expansion of services available to people in Memphis who are experiencing homelessness.

We won an award!
Last week, the Hospitality Hub was presented with the 2022 COVID-19 Hero Award for its work to keep the homeless community safe during the COVID-19 pandemic! The award was presented at the Community Alliance for the Homeless Symposium on Ending Homelessness.
Renita Farrow, a Case Counselor on our Guest Services team pictured below, was recognized for being a fierce advocate for the homeless and for her collaborative spirit.
