The Hospitality Hub works to help people exit homelessness. Our Case Counselors will meet with you to understand your specific needs and how to support you to find a place to call your own. Here are some things we can help you with:
Identification: We assist you in obtaining a birth certificate and TN state ID/driver’s license.
Mail & Staying Connected:
You can use our address as your mailing address; simply show your ID at the front desk to check your mail. We also have phones and iPads available in our lobby.
Shelter & Housing:
We help you to find a safe place to stay while exploring options for long-term housing.
Health Services:
We make referrals to free healthcare, mental health, dental, and optical services. We also provide COVID testing and menstrual products.
Substance Abuse Programs:
We support your recovery journey by helping you to access the right treatment program for you.
Government Assistance:
We work with you to identify federal, state, local, and veteran assistance programs that you may be eligible for that may help you with food, housing, medical, and other basic needs.

All Hub services are FREE and are available Monday – Friday 8:30 am -12:00pm and 1:00 – 3:00 pm unless noted otherwise.
Partners
We have several partners who come to the Hub on a regular basis to offer free services to you such as food stamps assistance, haircuts, legal assistance, and showers. Check out our calendar below for the most up-to-date information about when our partners are at the Hub.
